You have a cute round face so you might want a bob or something short that will frame your face. Maybe a different color, but i don't know. I think red always looks nice on round faces with shorter hair.

i think you can definately go short. the swished bang things look good so i think you should keep those and cut your hair to maybe your chin or shorter. good luck.
